Cowal Highland Gathering is the biggest, most spectacular Highland games in the world. It’s renowned for its unique atmosphere, world-class competitors, beautiful Highland location and spine-tingling salute to the Chieftain.
With a mix of Highland dancing, pipe bands, traditional wrestling, heavy athletics, ceilidh music, children’s entertainment and local food, there’s something for all the family to enjoy.
The Cowal Gathering was recognised in the National Outdoor Events Associations (NOEA) annual prizegiving in March 2012 when it was announced that the Gathering was runner up in the NOEA Scotland award.
