Thursday evening’s ever-popular Cowal 5K Run is your chance to take part in the Cowal Highland Gathering. There are trophies to be won and all runners who finish will receive a unique Cowal Run medal. You can enter by picking up a form from the Cowal Highland Gathering office or on the day. Registration is from 6.15 p.m. at the Queens Hall and the race starts at 7.15 pm at the Yachtsman Café on Victoria Parade, Dunoon. It costs £5 to enter. |
